EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) is today a global independent organization that places the highest demands on the quality of education in coaching and mentoring and in the certification of coaches and mentors. The EMCC's requirements for training and certification of coaches and mentors are the only ones where the requirements are at the academic level.

The EQA is valid for five years at which point renewal is required. Upon successful completion you are accredited in Coaching and Mentoring with the EMCC (Foundation level).
